It’s the seed pelleting treatment with more history on the argentine market. Since 1990 Expel Agrotecnologia developed the treatment under the idea of constant improvement. Making high quality pelletizing, with granulometry of diverse callibers, according to every need (aereal sewing, size uniformity, great volume augmentation with a firm finish, peeling free) acchieving the required fluidity for each kind of seed.

Consist in a film coating treatment of the seeds, that can be applied to both forages and extensive crops and vegetables, that is differenciated by the precise and uniform application of the chemicals on the seeds. The usage of new generation polymers, maximizes the end result, by ensuring perfect adhesiveness, fluidity and controlled release of the chemicals, allowing to treat the seeds months before the sowing.

This treatment allows uniformity growth of the crop under the most adverse conditions, allowing anticipated planting. It also has components based chelated microelements, enzymes and stimulants, producing a differential positive performance, checked by INTA trials and big producers.

It involves the application of co-polymers developed especially for the survival of inoculants on the seeds during the 30 days after the treatment (soybean and peanuts) and for several months, on pelleted forage seeds. At the same time, avoids agglutination, allowing the proper flow of seeds in bags, big bags and seeders.
